En route to visiting his in-laws' house for the first time, a young man and his fiancee have a horrific car accident which leaves the young man with a severe case of amnesia and the girl apparently dead. He wakes up at his in-laws' house and tries to remember his life. When he becomes a suspect in an investigation of several abducted women, the young man begins to doubt his own identity.
